Monday through Friday, there are many structured WOD times to choose from that will fit into your schedule. For early risers, the 5am will get you out by 6. The last WOD starts at 6:30pm which is perfect after a long day of work. Plus, Saturdays are fun times to get to know one another with special Team WODs. WHAT IS CROSSFIT?

CrossFit is a community of individuals that come together to optimize their fitness by performing constantly varied, functional movements, performed at relatively high intensity. Each day’s program of movements (the Workout Of the Day or WOD) is led by accredited trainers and is designed to increase both strength and cardio conditioning. Each movement can be scaled or modified to be appropriate for each individual’s ability. Typically a workout consists of a mix of gymnastic movements (pull ups), cardio (running), and weightlifting (deadlifts). The goal being to increase work capacity across broad time and modal domains. The constant variation, positive environment and noticeable results keep people coming back day after day. Follow the calendar of classes.

Our 1-on-1 Fundamentals classes will teach you the basic movements of CrossFit and introduce you to Supercell’s supportive community.

what is Deka?

No fitness experience needed! Jump right into Deka Training! Deka in Greek means 10. Deka’s has 10 functional fitness zones that are based on rudimentary movements that don’t require any specific training or education to complete. Think thousands of years ago when it wasn’t called exercise, fitness, or training. It was survival. Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, kneeling, jumping/stepping/climbing over something, getting down on the ground and standing back up, and three basic forms of transportation – row, ski, & cycle. Deka training is currently on Friday evenings, starting at 5:30pm. Stay tuned for information on upcoming Deka competitions here at Crossfit Supercell! Follow the calendar of classes. 

what is The Phoenix?

The Phoenix is a sober active program that uses the power of fitness and community to rise, recover, and live. The Phoenix is a free program the only cost is a minimum of 48 hours of sobriety. The Phoenix is on Monday evening at 5:30pm. If you would like to attend our Phoenix CrossFit class, please register at https://thephoenix.org/first-visit/. Follow the calendar of classes.

We are now also offering Zumba classes Thursday evenings at 6:30pm! Members and Non-members can purchase a 10 Class punch card for this class, for $100. Punch card is good for 2 months from purchase date.  Follow the calendar of classes. 

OCR Training

OCR simulations combined with Crossfit and Deka training will prepare you for all obstacle course races, big or small, local or national. Follow the calendar of classes. 

ROMWOD (Range of Motion Workout of the Day) are daily videos to optimize your range of motion, improve your mobility, and accelerate your recovery. ROMWOD is free for all of our members. Follow the calendar of classes.

FUNDAMENTALS CLASSES

We know that starting CrossFit can be an intimidating idea for some. But rest easy, every new member starts with our Fundamentals Classes.

These 6 sessions provide you a 1-on-1 (or 1-on-2, if you bring that friend) opportunity to learn the basics of CrossFit, and get a feel for the community at Supercell. During the Fundamentals Classes you will see how the Workout Of the Day (WOD) is structured, and experience how the coaches modify each movement to match your ability level. Many of the movements will be familiar, like push-ups, sit-ups and squats, some may be new, like burpees, wall-balls, and thrusters. But we guarantee that you will leave our Box after each class feeling exhausted and enthralled. You will graduate Fundamentals with a better understanding of CrossFit, our community and yourself.
